Do you serve residential and commercial clients?

Yes. Homes, condos, and HOAs on the residential side; offices, retail, industrial, hospitality, multi-family, and transportation facilities on the commercial side. Work is based in Charlotte with statewide reach across North Carolina.

How fast can you dispatch for service?

Next-day install and service dispatch is available for intrusion, surveillance, and access control systems. If something is down and people or product are exposed, call (704) 531-8399 rather than waiting on a form.

Can you monitor an existing alarm system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can take over monitoring of an existing panel or monitor a system we install. Commercial and residential rates vary, and short-term agreement options are available — we build a plan around how you actually use the property, not a five-year binder you did not ask for.

Do you upgrade analog cameras to IP?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Analog-to-IP migration is a core specialty, including 180° designs that cut camera count while improving coverage. We phase work so high-value views move first and usable analog channels can stay online during the cutover.

Do you install low-voltage networking and AV?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Structured cabling, fiber, racks, and PoE planning sit under our NC Fire Alarm / Low Voltage license. Commercial AV — conference rooms, digital signage, distributed audio — uses the same pathways as cameras and access so you are not coordinating three low-voltage vendors.

Can one contractor handle security, cabling, and AV?

That is the point of this firm. Alarm, video, access, low-voltage networking, commercial AV, monitoring, and licensed investigations are in-house. One set of licenses, one design, one service number.

Are you licensed in North Carolina?

Yes. Alarm Systems Contractor #2330-CSA (NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board), Fire Alarm / Low Voltage #29488-SP-FA/LV (NC Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors), and Armed Private Investigator / Close Personal Protection #4309 (NC Private Protective Services Board). We are also a member of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators.

Can you provide license documentation for our HOA or GC?

Accepted Answer
